Forms and comments
UGAL offers multiple ways for your visitors to get in touch with you:
- Using the contact form of your contact page.
- Using the product information request that you can choose to display at the bottom of your product pages.
- Posting a comment on one of your blog posts (if you allow comments).
We have developed our own technology to fight comment spam (without compromising to using captchas). You can review all comments posted on your website from a dedicated interface, to make sure that no legit comment was classified as spam.
